Dispatch

We want you to enjoy your Laura Paige purchases as fast as possible! Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be
dispatched by COB the next business day.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours on the
next business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.

How long foes it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders placed on business
days before 5pm (AEST) are processed within one business day of being placed and are dispatched within one business day. Please note during promotional periods, there might be a slight delay with processing time frames. All online orders are hand-picked by our very capable team aiming to have your delivery to you ASAP.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Our Warehouse located is Sydney, Australia

How long does it take to ship internationally?

Orders placed on business days before 5pm (AEST) are dispatched within one business day.

All international orders are shipped using DHL Express. We aim to get your order to you ASAP and international orders are usually delivered within 4-7 business days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note there is the possibility of delays that might occur with customs which might alter this express timeframe which is out of our control. All online orders are hand-picked by our very capable team aiming to have your delivery to you ASAP.

Do I have to pay customs to receive my order?

If you are located outside of Australia, you may be subject to pay the duties & customs fees to receive your order. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information or estimations on these costs. Laura Paige does not cover these charges.

If you refuse a shipment from Laura Paige or refuse to pay any duties and taxes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Laura Paige. This amount will be deducted from your Laura Paige Dollar refund.

What happens if I'm not home when the order is delivered?

If you’re not home when the order is delivered, our delivery partner (Australia Post or DHL) will leave you a reminder slip in your letterbox with their contact information. You can also call our delivery partner directly and give them the order tracking number to arrange a delivery date or specific instruction to leave. Laura Paige will never instruct our deliver partners to leave packages unattended unless directly advised by our customers.
