Return Policy
Return requests can be made via the Order History in your Laura Paige Account. You must have or create a Laura Paige Account in order to process a return.
Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.
Refunds
If you have purchased a full price item and your return meets our conditions, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of us receiving your returned item.
Laura Paige reserves the right to deny the return if the item fails to meet our return policy requirements, in keeping with Australian Consumer Law.
Promotional & Sale Items
All promotional or sale items are final sale unless faulty. If an item is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges can be issued if we have available sizes to exchange. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and we'll happily send you the required size. this can be done through your original order email. or account on laurapaige.com. if you have deleted or misplaced this order email please email hello@laurapaige.com to make the arrangements.
Return Conditions
All returned garments must be in original condition — unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Be sure to follow all garment care instructions carefully. A Washed item that has faded is not considered faulty.
Laura Paige does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable service as we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

How do I return items?
Log in to your Laura Paige Account and request a return via your Order History. You must have a Laura Paige Account to process a return. All returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery.

Do you exchange products?
Direct exchanges cannot be issued due to the limited nature of our garments. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 15 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse to be processed. We recommend using a traceable shipping service so you can track its whereabouts.
Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.
