Returns Portal

Return requests can be made via the Order History in your Laura Paige Account.

Before lodging your request, please also read through the conditions in the section below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

If you have purchased a full price item, you can request a refund which will be provided in the form of Laura Paige Dollars reflecting the same monetary value of the purchased
items(s) or garment(s). Laura Paige Dollars are redeemable in the same nature to store credits.

Laura Paige reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements, which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.

All promotional or sales items are final unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund in the form of Laura Paige Dollars will be offered.

Please note that due to the limited nature of our garments, an exchange cannot be issued. You must have or create a Laura Paige Loyalty Account in order to capture these dollars.

General Returns Questions

How do I return items?

If you’re ready to submit your return, please login into your Laura Paige Account and request a
return via the Order History.

If you do not already have a Laura Paige Loyalty Account, please register, and create one in order to
correctly process your return with us.

How long do I have to lodge my return?

All garments eligible for return must be lodged via the return portal available in Laura Paige Account within 10 days of delivery. After this 10-day period, all sales are final.

You can locate the return portal by logging in with the same email used to make your purchase or by accessing your Laura Paige account through the account icon in the website navigation.

Please note that all returned garments must be in original condition, unworn, with all the tags attached and in the same packaging that they arrived in. If your return does not meet this strict criterion, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the address on file.

Do you exchange products?

Please note that due to the limited nature of our garments, an exchange cannot be issued.

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 15 business days from your return being received into our warehouse to be processed. We advise to use a traceable shipping service when sending your return back to us to track its whereabouts.

Once your return has been processed you will receive an email update regarding status and timelines of processing.

Do you offer refunds?

If you have purchased a full priced item(s) you can request a refund which will be reimbursed in the form of ‘Laura Paige Dollars’ available to view via your order history (located in your Laura Paige account) which you can use towards purchasing your exchanged size or garment. Laura Paige Dollars work in the same way store credits do. Laura Paige dollars are accessible for up to 3 years which you can use at the checkout for your next purchase.

We do not offer exchange or refund for any promotional items (on sale or price reduced), these sales are final.

How do I add my store credit at check out?

If you have chosen the Laura Paige Dollars option for your return you will receive a store credit once your return has been processed. The Laura Paige dollars will then be available for you to use automatically at the checkout.

Does Laura Paige cover the cost of returns?

Laura Paige does not cover the cost of returns and the responsibility of the return lies with the customer.

We recommend that you use a
traceable service to return your parcel as Laura Paige is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

Where can I find the Laura Paige returns portal?

To find the Laura Paige returns portal, you can simply log in through the account icon in the hero navigation. Here you will find a history of your purchases and you will be able to request a return.
